About
Founded the Nonlinear Multifunctional Composites – Analysis & Design (NMCAD) Lab with the primary research interest in geometric & material nonlinearities as well as their evolutionary interaction. The goal is to better understand non-classical phenomena in multifunctional composites leading to simultaneously high-fidelity & high-efficiency mathematical models enabling improved analysis & design techniques for futuristic aerospace structures. This is achieved by using state-of-the-art mathematical approaches like the Variational Asymptotic Method, Non-Deterministic Techniques, Concurrent Multiscale Modeling & Nonlinear Domain Decomposition.
